Dr. Dixon
 Your dental needs require special attention and Dr. Dixon spent
much of his life developing that personal touch. He received his Doctor
of
Dental Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1984. Dr.
Dixon, a native of Gainesville, is a fellow of the Academy of General
Dentistry and a member of the Georgia Dental Association. He strives
to stay on the forefront of dental technology, and has dedicated extensive
time and energy to cosmetic dentistry with one goal in mind – to
create the gorgeous smile you deserve.
If you are considering cosmetic
dentistry, you can feel confident in Dr. Dixon's gentle and caring hands. He is adamant about attending continuing education
courses and has achieved fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.
He is currently working on his mastership with the AGD. Fellowship requires
500 hours of CE and passing an exam. Mastership consists of an additional
600 hours of participation courses. Dr. Dixon has recently taken advantage
of elite courses like the three-weekend LSU Aesthetic Continuum. He has
attended Pankey Institute seminars for the past four years, and the John
Kois “Creating Restorative Excellence” program five times.

Dr. Dixon has attained the Fellowship award from Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics. Fellowship in the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics sets standards for excellence in overall patient care. Achieving Fellowship status requires a commitment to postgraduate education and attention to detail.
